Ann fell to the ground and looked over at Blaze. She stayed silent and breathing softly as possible unsure of the situation they were in.

Two men, half naked - fully dressed in green rags came from the shadows, vines crawling around them. "Who are you's?" One of the men asked.

Ann grunted from the pain growing in her hand. Her now black blood made the vines around it steam. She fidgeted around and tried to keep a distance from the two men.

Blaze looked up, chuckling, "Anthony, is that you?" He asked, trying to wriggle free from the roots which pinned him down to the damp ground which consisted of leaves, bugs and dirt.

The man moved forward, smiling as he recognized a former acquaintance. "Blaze." He said, moving a hand through the air - the vines wriggling away from their captives, "Long time no see."

Ann took a few breaths and coughed before standing up on the side. She looked around and kept quiet.

"It's been a while, I must admit." Blaze said, brushing dirt from his torn tunic. "Still capturing innocent people, I see."

Anthony chuckled, "It's a safety precuation." He cleared his throat, his eyebrows lowering slightly, "So what brings you here?"

Ann looked at her hand and tried to wipe the excessive black blood away as much as she possibly could. The pain was aggravating and she grinned her teeth to suck it in. It was like something was slithering into her while bits of herself was being sucked out.

"My acquantaince has been injured." Blaze turned to Ann, pointing at the bloody mark. "I'm here to see Murcia - the healer." He said, his confidence lowering slowly as he noticed how bad the wound looked.

Quietly Ann let out little whimpers of pain holding her wrist like it was a thin string of life. Never had she ever felt this much pain since the time she found her parents dead.

Anthony rushed forward, along with his acomplice who hadn't said anything the whole time. "It's going to be alright." Anthony said as he examined the horrible wound. "Let's go to the village."

Ann nodded slowly and her eyes darkened down as she walked carefully trying to keep herself from passing out.

Anthony and his accomplice helped Ann walk by applying her weight on their shoulders. "Blaze. Follow."

Blaze nodded and did as he was told as he moved through the seemingling endless sea of green.

Ann could barely hold her head up as she walked. Her fingernails kept going back and forth in transforming from claws and regular nails. Her head ached and twisted.

"Who is this girl?" Anthony asked, moving quickly through the forest.

"Someone I met yesterday. Her name's Ann." He replied, still worried for the pale body which slung hopelessly over the two men's shoulders.

"I shouldn't have touched the doorknob..." Ann said with a weak breaking voice. Her eyes drooping and exhaled before passing out.

"We need to hurry." Blaze said, slightly hissing as they broke through the dark forest and moved into a small clearing which was filled with dozens of small houses which were placed together tightly.

Ann being taken was still out cold looking paler than before. The black blood continued to leak out and soon leaked out her mouth as well. The black blood seemed never ending for it to run out of her body like a river.

Men and women rushed from their buildings - some were frowning and most were cowering in disgust... except for one woman. A bent-over lady rushed forward, her eyes lowering, "What happened?" He voice was gruff as she expected the wound with black, beady eyes.

"No time to explain." Anthony said in a rushed tone as he pushed past, heading for a tent in the far off corner of the clearing.

Gandal stayed behind the group, keeping his head low, he couldn't reveal himself now - not when Ann was like this - it'd have to wait.

Breathing heavily passed out Ann was pale and sweaty as if she were sitting by a fire for too long. In her mind she could see swarms of lights and flashbacks of her past playing over and over. From the time she was an infant till the time she had become an orphan.

They entered the small tent, the woman taking Ann and placing her on a small bed. She flicked a hand through the air, ordering the men out of the room. "Go, I need alone time." She muttered as she drenched a cloth in warm water and draped it over her head.

Ann could feel the warmness on her forehead. Though it seemed to give some kind of comfort it did not last long. The pain came back and it made her fidget out as she laid there.

The woman then lowered her hands over her head, clicking her fingers. A small aura of light glowered from her palms before she pressed her hands against both sides of Ann's injured hand.

For a moment Ann's fidgeting ceased to no more while her body sunk down calm from the pain. Yet her breathing was still heavy as if she had ran over and over without stopping.

The woman closed her eyes, starting to hum a soothing tune. She then reached behind her and took a bottle filled with a gluggy green substance from a wooden shelf. She then opened its lid and slowly placed it to her mouth, forcing her to drink it.

Ann's closed eyes went tight swallowing the unfamiliar substance in her mouth. It made her want to gag but gave in to take it in. Anything right now Ann wanted to just end the pain'
