"Will do. Over," Freia said moving toward the base. She stood in the doorway of the squad room. "Activity in the town. Macintosh needs back-up now." The remaining squad team sprung to action. They geared up and left. Freia pulled the radio to her mouth. "Back-ups on their way Blaze. The squad should be there in five minutes tops."

A hunker was on top of a high, near by building, staring out at the humans.

Gandal nodded, placing the radio back in a holster on his left leg. He replaced the bulky transmission device with a small set of binoculars. He zoomed in onto the village until he found what he'd expected -- hunkers.

The hunker stared back at him. (going simple stuff until later)

Blaze drew the binoculars away as the reinforcements arrived, "They're here." He hastily mumbled into his radio, trying to find a way down the cliff.

Freia walked back to her post. She didn't like violence. She didn't like this war. But then again, no-one else did either. She heard Blaze's voice and picked up the radio. "You mean I actually have to do something now? Damnit."

The hunker turned away, and walked off.

"Yes." Gandal said, laughing softly. "We need to find a way to the village. Quickly."

"So I have to get off my backside and join you, huh? Alright," she said with a sigh, "I'll be there shortly. Over." She pocketed the radio and motion to her partner to stay. I won't be long. Hopefully."

The Hunker known as Aragon walked slowly along a path, looking around at his surroundings, and blowing anything that moved into mince meat.

Blaze flicked his wrist and cracked his knuckles, taking out a gun and holding it by his side.

Freia ran and pulled out a pistol from it's ankle holster without losing stride. She found Gandal within five minutes of her departure.

"We need to locate a quick way to get to the village." He pointed to the village about a kilometer below them.

"Easy." She shoved a bag in his face and jumped. She pulled a cord and an old parachute erupted out of it. She may not like fighting, but that didn't mean she wasn't good at it.

Blaze scowled, "You guys stay here." He said as he strapped on the bag slowly.

Freia landed on the ground and unhooked the bag from her shoulders. "Come on Blaze! We don't have all day."

Blaze glimpsed down at the village before jumping. He had done this before; but that was in training. And in training... they didn't jump towards villages that were a kilometre below you. He gulped, feeling for the rope that would save his life. The wind screamed his face as the village came closer and closer. Finally; he pulled on the rope, a parachute blossoming from the bag; the colors of grey and green.

"Finally. Took you long enough."

Gandal touched the ground with a soft thud, the parachute flowing freely around him.

"Unhook and let's go," she said.

Blaze did as he was told, unhooking the parachute and taking off the bag. He sprung to his feet, taking out his beam rifle.

Freia moved forward, sticking to the shadows. She didn't like to be seen.

Blaze nodded, noticing her tactic and doing the same. He'd been taught this at Cadet school; stick to the shadows and stay hidden. He nodded, holding his rifle by his side, trying to make as least noise as possible.

Freia stopped and held up a fist. She turned her head around a corner and came back quickly. "Hunker," she whispered.

Blaze nodded sharply, "They have control over inanimate objects by the way." He was more saying this to himself as a mental note. He did not like Hunkers.
