Merlin sent the fireballs over to the dragon, intiminating it by putting them very closely. Or so he thought, as the beast just pushed them away and swept at the small boy with it's tail, knocking him down.

"Keep going, we must stop it." But Chill could not get up..

Gandal dodged the insane fireballs the dragon produced rapidly, using shadows to deflect the horrible fire which sparkled and crackled before him. This was too hot for his liking. "Chill!" Gandal called over the roaring of flames, "Ice will destroy the fire! Put ice over the dragon!" He said this as a fireball hit his leg and sent him stumbling to the boiling hot ground.

"I...I...I cant." Chill struggled to say this. He was too weak.

Fed up with the uselessness of his fireballs, he pulls out a sword, sleek and silver, and charges towards the dragon, summoning a field of fire, making him look quite similar to a pikachu using volt tackle.

"Go Merlin."

Gandal moved over to him slowly, "Lemme give you some of my power." He mumbled, pressing his hands onto his back, a flash of white stunned the two as a small amount of power surged into Chill.

Vidal rushed over to Gandal and placed her hand on his arm. She closed her eyes and swallowed. A tear fell down her cheek and landed on her hand. Light spilled from it and all of Gandal's injuries were healed. "I can't help any more than that. I'm sorry," she whispered.

He crashed into the dragon's back, sending orange scales flying everywhere as there was a small exposion at the impact site. An injured merlin staggered out, before being swept away by the dragon's tail. again.

Chill suddenly bounced up, and shot ice at the dragon, making it lose half of its health. The dragon raged and smashed Chill into a rocky wall.

(Why are we not faster than that?)

"I can't heal you all at once without healing the dragon."

"Just kill it already!" Gandal gasped as he shot tendrils of shadows at the dragon, lashing at spots where its body wasn't protected by scales. Lava started to pour from the dragon's wounds, falling over the ground.

"Merlin, one more shot of your sword will defeat it!"

(bc he was hitstunned from the recoil of the fire volt tackle ripoff)
He picked himself up before summoning a few fireballs and sending them off to the exposed skin at the back of the beast.

"Slice it Merlin!"

"fine, fine...." he grumbled, before creating more fireballs, and launching them in front of the dragon, dictracting it as he charged fowards, creating fire to propel even further.

He leaps up, sword in the air, and stabs the exposed area, triggering a massive roar as the beast fell to the floor, never to rise again.

Vidal walked over to Merlin and plunged her hand into the beast. It stung as the lava burnt her skin. She pulled out armour and sword from the fire and handed it to him. "Don't be like me. Wear it. It will suit you."

Gandal sighed with relief, 'Good job!' This was the first time he used a happy tone in months.

"Thanks." He takes it from Vidal and takes off his cape to put it on, and was glad to find it fit perfectly. He then took the sword and strapped it on the right side of his belt, while he put back the silver sword on his left.
